WONDCAM provides OEM and ODM manufacturing services for satellite internet mounting solutions, including mounts and accessories compatible with Starlink systems.

We support distributors, online retailers, installers, system integrators, and private-label brands with product customization, packaging, branding, and bulk manufacturing services.

2. Customization Options

We can customize existing products or develop new mounting solutions according to your specifications.

Available customization may include:

Product Dimensions
Tube length, tube diameter, wall thickness, bracket dimensions, mounting-hole positions, extension length, and installation clearance can be customized.

Materials
Available materials may include stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, and other materials depending on the product design.

Surface Finish
Options include powder coating, spray painting, polishing, and other surface treatments.

Colors
Standard colors include black, white, and silver. Custom colors can be produced subject to minimum order requirements.

Structure & Function
Mounting angle, extension structure, locking system, connection method, support brace, adapter design, and other mechanical features can be modified according to the project.

Accessories
Screws, bolts, nuts, clamps, wall anchors, adapters, extension tubes, and installation accessories can be customized as a complete kit.

3. Private Label & Branding

Private-label services are available for qualified OEM orders.

Customization may include:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all trademarks, logos, brand names, images, and other materials supplied to WONDCAM are legally authorized for use.

4. MOQ

Minimum Order Quantity depends on the level of customization.

For standard products with existing molds and structures, lower MOQ orders may be accepted.

Products requiring custom tooling, new molds, special colors, custom packaging, or structural modifications may require a higher MOQ.

5. Samples

Samples are available for product evaluation before bulk production.

Standard samples can normally be supplied from existing inventory.

Customized samples may require:

• Sample fee

• Engineering fee

• Tooling fee

• Custom packaging fee

• International shipping cost

Sample charges may be refundable or deductible from a qualified bulk order depending on the project.

6. Product Development

For new OEM or ODM projects, customers may provide:

• Product drawings

• CAD files

• STEP/STP files

• 3D models

• Product samples

• Reference products

• Dimensions

• Installation requirements

• Load requirements

• Material requirements

• Packaging requirements

Our team can evaluate the design and provide recommendations regarding structure, material, manufacturability, assembly, packaging, and production cost.

Final production will begin only after the customer approves the product specifications or production sample.

7. Tooling & Mold Charges

If a project requires new molds, dies, fixtures, tooling, or other dedicated production equipment, additional tooling charges may apply.

Tooling ownership and usage terms should be confirmed before payment.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customized tooling developed specifically for one customer will not automatically grant the customer ownership of WONDCAM's existing production methods, standard components, manufacturing processes, or general product designs.

8. Quotation

OEM quotations are based on factors including:

• Product structure

• Material

• Dimensions

• Surface treatment

• Quantity

• Packaging

• Accessories

• Tooling requirements

• Quality requirements

• Delivery terms

Quotations are valid only for the period specified in the quotation.

Prices may be adjusted if raw material costs, exchange rates, transportation costs, product specifications, order quantities, or other major manufacturing conditions change.

9. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be stated in the Proforma Invoice or sales agreement.

For customized products, tooling charges and sample development fees are normally required before development begins.

Bulk production normally requires a deposit before production, with the remaining balance paid before shipment unless other payment terms have been agreed in writing.

10. Production Lead Time

Production time depends on order quantity and customization requirements.

Lead time begins after:

1. Product specifications are confirmed;

2. Samples are approved when applicable;

3. Packaging artwork is approved;

4. Required deposit has been received.

Major design changes requested after production approval may result in additional costs and extended lead times.

11. Packaging

Standard export packaging is available for bulk orders.

Customized packaging may include:

• Brown box

• White box

• Printed color box

• Poly bag

• Protective foam

• Custom inserts

• Installation instructions

• Barcode labels

• Master cartons

• Pallet packaging

Packaging designed specifically for Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, or other fulfillment centers can also be provided according to customer specifications.

12. Quality Control

OEM products are inspected according to the confirmed product specifications.

Quality inspection may include:

• Product dimensions

• Material verification

• Surface finish

• Hole position

• Welding quality

• Assembly

• Fasteners

• Packaging

• Quantity verification

Customers requiring specific inspection standards, testing procedures, or third-party inspection should provide those requirements before placing an order.

13. Product Tolerances

Metal products may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances caused by cutting, bending, welding, machining, coating, polishing, and assembly processes.

Exact tolerances should be specified and confirmed before production if they are critical to installation or compatibility.

14. Compatibility

Products described as compatible with a particular satellite antenna, router, pole, or mounting system are third-party compatible accessories unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers should confirm antenna generation, mounting interface, pipe diameter, installation dimensions, and other compatibility requirements before placing bulk orders.

WONDCAM may request samples or detailed measurements when developing accessories for newly released devices.

15. Trademarks and Third-Party Brands

Starlink and other third-party trademarks, product names, and brand names belong to their respective owners.

WONDCAM is an independent manufacturer of compatible mounting products and accessories and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Starlink or SpaceX unless otherwise expressly stated.

OEM customers are responsible for ensuring that their packaging, product listings, advertising, logos, product names, and marketing materials comply with applicable trademark and intellectual-property laws.

16. Intellectual Property

Customers must not provide designs, trademarks, patents, copyrighted materials, or other intellectual property that they are not authorized to use.

The customer is responsible for any intellectual-property claims arising from customer-supplied:

• Product designs

• Drawings

• Logos

• Packaging

• Instructions

• Patented structures

• Brand names

• Marketing materials

WONDCAM reserves the right to reject an OEM project if there is a reasonable concern regarding intellectual-property infringement.

17. Confidentiality

Customer drawings, unpublished product concepts, packaging designs, and other confidential project information will be handled as confidential business information.

A separate NDA may be signed for projects involving proprietary or unreleased products.

18. Design Changes

Any modification to product dimensions, materials, components, packaging, or specifications after sample approval may require:

• A new quotation

• A new sample

• Additional development charges

• Additional tooling

• Revised lead time

Bulk production specifications will follow the final written specification approved by both parties.

19. Order Changes and Cancellation

OEM and customized orders cannot normally be cancelled after materials have been purchased, customized packaging has been produced, tooling has been completed, or bulk production has started.

If an order is cancelled before production, expenses already incurred for materials, tooling, packaging, development, and other project-specific costs may not be refundable.

20. Warranty and Claims

Customers should inspect shipments promptly after receipt.

Any quality claim should include sufficient supporting information such as:

• Order number

• Product model

• Quantity affected

• Photos

• Videos

• Packaging information

• Description of the issue

If a confirmed manufacturing defect is found, WONDCAM will provide an appropriate solution based on the nature and quantity of the affected products.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, excessive tightening, incompatible equipment, accidents, severe environmental conditions, or use outside the confirmed product specifications is not considered a manufacturing defect.

21. Installation Responsibility

Mounting products must be installed correctly and on a suitable structural surface.

The installer is responsible for confirming:

• Mounting surface strength

• Fastener suitability

• Local wind conditions

• Antenna weight

• Structural loading

• Installation height

• Local building codes

• Safety requirements

Professional installation is recommended for elevated, roof, wall, vehicle, and other safety-critical installations.

22. Shipping

Shipping methods may include:

• Express courier

• Air freight

• Sea freight

• Rail freight

• Customer-appointed freight forwarder

Available Incoterms and freight arrangements will be confirmed in the quotation or Proforma Invoice.

Import duties, customs fees, taxes, and destination charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

23. OEM Project Process

A typical OEM project follows these steps:

Step 1 – Submit Requirements
Send us your product idea, drawings, target specifications, estimated quantity, packaging requirements, and target market.

Step 2 – Engineering Review
Our team evaluates the product structure, materials, manufacturing process, and estimated cost.

Step 3 – Quotation
We provide pricing, MOQ, tooling requirements, sample cost, and estimated production conditions.

Step 4 – Sample Development
A prototype or customized sample is produced when required.

Step 5 – Sample Approval
The customer checks dimensions, compatibility, function, materials, appearance, and packaging.

Step 6 – Bulk Production
Mass production begins according to the final approved specifications.

Step 7 – Quality Inspection
Finished products are inspected and packed according to the confirmed requirements.

Step 8 – Shipment
Products are shipped using the agreed logistics method.
